Who owns the land after purchase?You do. A warranty deed from a reputable title company confirms clear, legal ownership in your name.

How does the profit split work?You receive all proceeds from subdivided lot sales until your initial investment is recovered. Any remaining profit is then shared 50/50 between you and CyberLots.

When can I start seeing returns?Typically within 1–3 months once the first lot sells. The full cycle (purchase to final sale) usually takes 6–12 months.

What if a lot doesn’t sell?You retain complete ownership of the property. CyberLots only earns money if the lots sell. We focus on high-demand regions and price below competing parcels to encourage quick turnover.

Is this legally secure and transparent?Absolutely. Every stage involves U.S. legal contracts, verified ownership through title companies, and adherence to local subdivision laws.

Do I need real estate experience?No. We handle zoning, surveying, marketing, and closing. You simply own the land and track your investment.
