  • Who owns the land after purchase?
    You do. A warranty deed from a reputable title company confirms clear, legal ownership in your name.
  • How does the profit split work?
    You receive all proceeds from subdivided lot sales until your initial investment is recovered. Any remaining profit is then shared 50/50 between you and CyberLots.
  • When can I start seeing returns?
    Typically within 1–3 months once the first lot sells. The full cycle (purchase to final sale) usually takes 6–12 months.
  • What if a lot doesn’t sell?
    You retain complete ownership of the property. CyberLots only earns money if the lots sell. We focus on high-demand regions and price below competing parcels to encourage quick turnover.
  • Is this legally secure and transparent?
    Absolutely. Every stage involves U.S. legal contracts, verified ownership through title companies, and adherence to local subdivision laws.
  • Do I need real estate experience?
    No. We handle zoning, surveying, marketing, and closing. You simply own the land and track your investment.
