Select a high-value plot of land and reserve it online

Each Cyberlot is a 10-acre parcel of land in Texas, selected for its strategic location, direct access to a public road, and complete freedom of use (no zoning or ETJ). It includes a legal deed, market analysis, aerial photos, and a topographical plan. You can reserve it for just $1,000 USD from anywhere in the world, with no complicated paperwork.

Buy in cash or finance up to 10 years

You can purchase your land with a full payment starting at $75,000 USD or finance it with just a 20% down payment. The balance is payable over up to 10 years at a 6.99% fixed interest rate, with no early payment penalty. The land remains in your name from the start, with a registered deed. However, you can only resell it once you have fully paid for it.

Decide whether to keep it or put it up for sale

When you finish paying off your Cyberlot, you choose the ideal time to sell. You can hold it for years and let it appreciate in a fast-growing area, or sell it immediately if you're looking for a quicker profit. We give you everything you need: visuals, comparables, broker contacts, and a ready-to-use resale guide.

Resell with financing and earn from the down payment

When you sell your land, you can offer it for $100,000 USD with seller financing. This allows you to collect a 20% down payment (for example, $20,000 USD) as immediate profit and generate a 10-year, $80,000 USD note with 10% interest. You'll earn monthly income while your equity continues to grow.

Use the promissory note as payment for your next piece of land

If the promissory note meets our requirements (complete documentation, approved servicer, up-to-date history), you can use it as a form of payment to acquire another Cyberlot. This allows you to reinvest without putting up any new money, leverage the value of your sale, and continue growing without friction.

Start the cycle again and scale your investment

Now that you've completed your first cycle, you can repeat the process as many times as you like. Each time you resell with financing, you can use that note to buy again. This way, you multiply your investment without having to contribute more capital. You start with a piece of land... and end up building an entire portfolio.
